1. The worst part was that when we told a manager we needed our car right away, she told us she would get it, but then another 10 min later and the valet still couldn't find our car.

5. How else would we find them? And we have booked about 12 major cities through Expedia and this is the worst room we ever had at any of the hotels.

6. What`s the worst thing that can happen when you book a hotel reservation, pre-pay for it two weeks in advance (orbitz), and confirm your arrival with them on the same day? You check in, they tell you they are over-booked, and they want to put you up at a Doubletree north of the city.

7. The concierge was distracted and inexperienced, the room was small and noisy (traffic noise was horrible) despite being on a high floor, and the room service food from Typhoon restaurant was, to put it mildly, the worst culinary experience I have had in years.
