5. Lack of care and attention with housekeeping was a problem with the bar fridge that was so badly iced that the door wouldn't close (rendering it useless) and a loose bathroom faucet.

8. Only downside: the bathroom was very small, towels were harsh, and we had issues with the temperature in our room (probably my bad), but for it's location and the service, I would highly recommend it.
