1. I had difficulty with the hair care products that were provided in the room and told the front desk about this problem (the spray shampoo did not provide enough shampoo to wash my hair and the conditioner's packaging was too rigid to squeeze to get any product out onto my hand).

2. We did have a problem with noise from an adjacent room that made our first night uncomfortable but reception helped by changing our room so that our last two nights worked out just fine.

6. Lack of care and attention with housekeeping was a problem with the bar fridge that was so badly iced that the door wouldn't close (rendering it useless) and a loose bathroom faucet.

7. We only had a couple problems with our bathroom; the shower heads are really low -- I'm 5'6' and my friend is 6'1' and we both had to bend our knees to get our heads underneath the waterflow.
