3. Much of the furniture is old, there is an obvious mildew issue, and you're close enough to the airport to have trouble sleeping (and I am a sound sleeper) due to the RUMBLE from the airplanes.

8. I called Starwood Preferred Customer Services and told them of the issues, the moved me across the street to their ALoft property which was great.
