1. On the other hand, their system of making you go to the front desk with your parking ticket and charging you every time you leave their gated lot was a hassle and a big added expense if you have to leave occasionally as we did.

3. I guess we got a rennovated room, it was bright and clean, free wi-fi - wouldn't accept nothing less after the hassle of the 1st night.

From the fronk desk who offered me quality, professional customer service, to the housekeeper who made sure I didn't need any service, to the bartender who decided to serve me at his closing time, the hotel staff, and hotel, exceeded expectations in providing me with a quality, hassle-free experience.
