2. I met two other frequent travelers at dinner at the bar and both had a long list of complaints about the hotel so the three of us commisserated for a bit and decided we would not be back to this Four Points.

4. The only complaint I have is that when we first arrived, the lady at the front desk seemed nice until everyone trying to check in was being told to give her 5minutes, which grew to 15-20mins waiting.
