I am very big on service and all though the staff was very friendly it was very
hard
to get in contact with them via phone and that being me calling them from my hotel room.

It was
hard
to leave that King size, comfy bed as well :-) The only things that I would have liked were cheaper movies to order on tv in the room or a movie special and a refridgerator in the room.
