In short, no assistance was given when requested for the faulty air conditioner, no explanation was given for the disturbance to rest from the fire alarm, if you are on medication that needs to be refrigerated, you are made to feel like an inconvenience to the efficiency of the front desk, and when you complain in writing, they do not acknowledge or respond to your letter.

2. The only inconvenience was $23 parking fee in a cramped parking lot, however, Comfort Inn allows guest to park until 4 PM on the day of departure.

We did have some mechanical problems with the sink drain and with the shower and since the engineer is only there during the day, it didn`t get fixed until after breakfast as we were checking out but they did adjust our bill due to our inconvenience and they also changed us to a room with a different view as per our request.
