In short, no assistance was given when requested for the faulty air conditioner, no explanation was given for the disturbance to rest from the fire alarm, if you are on medication that needs to be refrigerated, you are made to feel like an inconvenience to the efficiency of the front desk, and when you complain in writing, they do not acknowledge or respond to your letter.

3. We were on the top floor and even so with the windows closed and AC going full blast, the noise from I95 below was pretty disturbing.
