1. Why not give us until 12 or 1pm complimentary, or at least charge a more manageable fee?downsides: weak wifi, $23 parking, traffic noise, bad management.

2. The only downside was that the hotel was a few blocks from downtown and one night the hotel staff advised me to walk from the waterfront and it was not that great of an area that you needed to pass through and it was a busy highway/street to cross to get there.

3. The only very minor downside is that the lobby is rather cramped when a lot of guests are checking in.
