1. We stayed for 3 nights in the Hotel and didn't have any complaints.

3. The rooms were newly updated, bathrooms really modern and although the lobby was a little dated, we really had no complaints about the appearance of the hotel.

6. Now - to the credit of Comfort Inn, they have responded to this complaint with a refund (-parking fee) to make it right.
