1. There is a $23 parking fee, but we saw cars on the streets that were broken into, so we felt save having our car there rather than on the streets.

One of the cheaper finds in downtown Philly, when we arrived the shuttle was broken and thus we were left to our own devices for transportation to and from the historical area, something that was quite a challenge with parking at $18/night and my 68-year old mother who cannot walk long distances.

9. When we questioned the security guard & hotel staff about how they could have missed hearing THREE car windows being broken if the guard was really "on duty" all night, & they said they never heard a thing.
