1. First of all the service is the worst, we has to go to reception like 3 times before they decided to do something about our complains.

8. The rooms smelled, the AC was not effective, some TVs did not work, had to ask to move from one room because there was no working cable connection in it and the absolute worst thing that could happen: there were roaches seen in some of the rooms in my party.
