Roaches in the bathroom, electrical outlets protruding from walls, peeling wallpaper, condom wrappers under beds, the phone in the room said we were staying in the clarion in room 330 (i wish we were), tiny rooms, cigarette buts, roaches and other debris in the elevator, horrible customer service, useless staff, being charged a 'resort fee' for what.
