1. Honestly, I had no complaints what so ever and my husband and I just booked five more days for a second trip back to Florida.

2. We checked in on the 17th and were suppose to check out on the 20th, we checked out promptly on the 18th and will be filing a complaint and requesting a full refund.

10. The time it leaves is at 9:45 am and picks up around 7ishPM which is limited but the price at this hotel is great so no complaints.
