2. Thisw is ridicoulous this is a kids hotel and u only offer 4 in the whole hotel then the rude lady on the phone proceeds to tell me by law they only have to have 4 and the kids beds are not too far up off the ground so they wont get hurt if they did fell it of the bed by now Im furious.

9. I asked them if they could do anything for a future stay at another marriot hotel, (yes, we learned that Marriot just purchased this hotel from a staff member upon our quick departure) they were unwilling and rude when I asked for some sort of compensation.
