1. The kids were SOOOO excited to sleep in bunk beds that night and now we had to disappoint them.

5. When he finally came to me he said ' yes' as in 'wth do u want?' I tell him I am disappointed with the service I recieved and that at 1am I would expect a lil empathy from his staff considering the whole purpose of staying in a hotel is to get a nights sleep and we were unable to do so.
