1. The rooms were nice and clean, as others stated it's not a 4 star hotel, it looks liked a converted Holiday Inn and can be somewhat noisy at times, however I slept well.

Next time I will remember to take ear plugs or headphones as the only down fall was it was so noisy but that was just because all the kids were having so much fun in the swimming area but if you like quiet dont forget your ear peices great place if your kids are around 7 and up cause you can let them go they have great lifeguards and you can pretty much pick a chair and have them check in with you and you also can see thempass you several times depending on your chair location it was a great time for myself and my eight year old.

8. The "Mall" the hotel eatery, giftshop, arcade all combined, was noisy and crowded around meal times, but it as convenient, and had a Subway and a Pizza Hut in it.

10. I must admit we were afraid to get a dirty and noisy room but were lucky to get a clean room on the 4th floor looking on the outside (don't get one looking on the inside pool.
