1. They say no coolers or outside food in the Pool Area, but I saw lots of people with those foldable backpack type coolers and small coolers filled with beer and/or wine, and they did not seem to have any problems.

3. The television in the bedroom had lines going through it constantly and when the maintenance person came up a second time, he had to reconnect something in the back of the set, which really didn't resolve the problem after all.

4. We had a bad leak in the kid's bedroom for the first three days, and management finally moved us, but did not give us any consideration for the problem.

9. The only problem was the bus ran up to 20 minutes late but given the time of year and the volume of people at the parks - this was understandable.
