1. What gives them the right to overcharge customers and then you have to follow up with your bank, their accounting office, total nightmare.

7. We got into that room and it was a mold nightmare mold growing on the floor furniture and walls EVERY WHERE.

10. It was a nightmare from checking into the lobby when I did not get the room I requested, staff was rude, they told me to get the room I requested they did not know how many HOURS it may take and I was checking in at 4 p.
