1. We had a problem with a bunch of loud teenagers in the room next door at 3 am and we contacted the front desk.

5. the least I figure you can do is be courteous to people from the country you are staying in, I know if i went to Brazil I would never start calling everybody there a stupid Brazillian), but they pushed us out of the way on food and bus lines, ran the families out of the pools, and were extremely loud at all hours of the night, despite having people with young children asking repeatedly for them to be quieter so their kids could sleep.

7. The building was a bit loud due to alot of foreign visitors and lots of kids, but this is to be expected in a kid oriented hotel.

10. If you request a preferred room, it will get you closer to the food court, buses, etc, but you also take the chance of facing the pool, which can be loud past the time you wish to settle in, you will also be subject to the noise contributions of those bypassing your room to get to their own.
