1. When we arrived, my boyfriend and I found a dirty spot on the bathroom tub and it was there the whole vacation, not cleaned once.

6. I actually haven't been to this resort since i was 5 ( so in 2001) but i do have wonderful memory which i am grateful for because i remember my mom telling me i couldnt walk barefoot because the floor was dirty.

7. The rooms do need to be updated, the pain was chipping off the tables and chairs, the shower has non skid material in the tub and it was dirty.

8. I had to move the bed about one foot to provide a stand for a breathing machine, well it was extremely dirty under the bed, I suppose if I went to the desk, and told them about this, they would have had someone clean it, but I did not.

9. Yes the rooms do need to be updated, the carpets could use some cleaning, just do not take off your shoes, the room was not dirty, but they really need to get someone checking the rooms every now and then after they have been cleaned.
