1. The only thing I can I say, if you want a hotel with front desk personnel that ignore your complaints, maids that ignore do not disturb signs but are nice enough to pack guest's suitcases for them (I'm still amazed by that one) and somehow, someway purchases disappear from your room.

2. My biggest complaint is that even though the do not disturb sign was on the kids the door, it was cleaned anyway and when we arrived back home.

3. Secondly, in the teenagers room, they placed the Do Not disturb sign on the door the first day and the room was cleaned anyway and everyday after that.

7. There happened to be the 'cheerleading worlds' at the resort this past weekend and we were never disturbed by cheering or noise.

8. The hotel seemed to do a good job of rooming the girls all in one area therefore cutting down on the amount of disturbance felt by other guests.

10. Even if you hang 'Don`t disturb' tag, they prepare amenity (towel, soap and shampoo) in the bag and hang it on your door.
