1. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the rooms do not have a coffee maker.

2. i was very disappointed in the resort since we have gone to disney every year and enjoy the parks i would have really liked to have seen them say you know what we can refund your nights pay since we were leaving but they didnt even care that we were leaving i definitly dont recommend staying there.

4. it is a value resort, so if you walk in and expect the Taj Mahal because it's on Disney property, you're going to be sorely disappointed.

9. We've stayed at Boardwalk, both Port Orleans, Old Key West, the Boardwalk, the Swan and have never EVER been disappointed, but these Value Resorts are a huge let down.

10. On our first family trip to Disney, we were very disappointed with the lack of Disney characters at the All-Star Music and have since been staying at All-Star movies which the kids absolutely love.
