3. My biggest complaint, and probably applies to all Disneyworld resorts, was having to pay for internet access.

4. My only real complaint with the staff is that ours and about 200 other peoples packets where not up to date and due to misinformation we all showed up to one of the parks for extra magic hours when in fact that park did not have them on that day.

5. Although the shuttle rides may have taken a little bit longer than those going to and from the other closer Disney hotels, we had no complaints for this either.

6. The next morning I took a deep breathe to avoid complaints and to avoid my husband feel bad about his choice (his face told me he was feeling the same way)Honestly, we were expecting at least a Mickey Mouse ears on the wall of the room.

7. I also noticed another tripadvisor complaint listed this problem and has a web address to look at the Orlando news from June 2009 about other stories of guests encountering the same problem in this resort.
