1. I didn't know if it was just me being overly sensitive, but I observed other guests commenting on the foul smell also.

6. This is a non-smoking hotel, so there were no unpleasant smells (I detest cigarette and cigar smoke) except in the outdoor pool area and when you walk outside of the hotel.
