1. Also, we hosted a bar meet & greet in the Mallard bar area and got horrible service from a younger bar tender who wouldn't serve us without having to go through the lady who was serving the area we were standing.

6. I won't go into all of the details (unless you want to e-mail me), but the hotel managenet is certainly aware of the series of horrible events that occurred on the Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend.

8. However, the required valet parking was horrible - it took 45 minutes to get the car on Saturday morning and 2 Hours to get car when we checked out Sunday morning.
