1. Other than these two issues, there was nothing really wrong with the hotel, but there was nothing great about it either.

9. we stayed at the hawthorn suites LBV infor 11 nights in july/aug after our travel agent had booked us into the wrong hotel (hawthorn suite universal) the guy on the front desk sorted us out and changed the booking, we had a first (ground) floor room which was clean and very spacious the only problem was the big fridge when it fired up it was very noisey but having a seperate bedroom was ok on a night to be fair.
