1. Both are very loud and I had to resort to ear plugs after a couple of nights.

4. 4) Sleeping was tough considering the noise coming from not only the corridor (which is the fault of noisy neighbours, not the hotel) but from a mysterious cupboard in the corner which had the habit of switching on during the night to a loud machiny buzz.

7. We didn't try to take the hotel shuttle, but I never saw one while I was there, so I doubt they come very frequently- While the hotel itself was quiet, the plumbing was ridiculously loud.
