1. It was dated and had a strange smell, carpets were very worn with loose threads, bathroom had no space to put toiletries etc.

4. Pros:- Very clean, although a bit worn in spots (our room had a hole in the chair upholstery, hole in the carpet, and a hole in one of the towels)- Quiet (located on a pleasant, quiet side street off the main highway)- Roomy.
