1. Thankfully, we were on the second floor and could take the stairs, but for those who stayed on the higher floors was inconvenience.

Monday morning we talked to the manager and even though there was an apology, he started making the same excuses about the staff being busy and then looked straight at my husband and said 'what do you want?' Not 'how can I make this up to you' or 'let me do this for your inconvenience' but 'what do you want'.
