1. My only negative was whilst we were there we tried to rebook for our next visit via phone number we were given and found reservations unhelpful and not really helping us so we have come back and booked a different hotel this time which is a shame.

8. We only got to spend one night at this hotel, but even in less than 24 hours, they people at the front desk managed to make this a negative stay.

Positives: price, clean, heated pool, hot tub, separate bedroom from sitting room and kitchen area, friendly staff, immediate attentention to needs including a burned out light bulb that was replaced before we returned from breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet negatives: Kitchen has no oven and looks very dated.
