3. This hotel would get a much better review if they could sort out just a few things, stop with the hard sell time shares who will call you at 2130 + learn from your most polite staff, if we spend alot of money we don't expect you to be rude to us, and most importantly sort out your transport to universal this was our main reason for visiting I had tickets that allowed for early park entry but transport leaves at 0950 and returns at 1840 absolutely uselessOn a pluss note the rooms are nice and hotel is clean, shame there is no free wifi in the rooms and the restaurants are expensive, we ate mostly at the village inn on I-drive.

10. the first weekend of our stay there was a conference - model convention - and during a gap in their agenda they went to the pool (dozens of them) and they were given priority over paying guests when returning from the marriott (although i heard several say they were staying in other hotels)it has a good location - and the trolley bus stop and linx stop outside are great if you want to get out and about and don`t have a cari think it is a shame that you have to pay to park there even if you are a guestback to the pool - i don`t know how that person reviewing enjoyed it until 11pm because we were there at the same time as they were and it was closed - even after we checked out it was still closed - would be until mid-august compensation for the pool being closed - free plays on video arcade games (good for children useless for me).
"what pool? " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/22/2004 Vote
