10. This hotel would get a much better review if they could sort out just a few things, stop with the hard sell time shares who will call you at 2130 + learn from your most polite staff, if we spend alot of money we don't expect you to be rude to us, and most importantly sort out your transport to universal this was our main reason for visiting I had tickets that allowed for early park entry but transport leaves at 0950 and returns at 1840 absolutely uselessOn a pluss note the rooms are nice and hotel is clean, shame there is no free wifi in the rooms and the restaurants are expensive, we ate mostly at the village inn on I-drive.
"Okish " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/27/2011 Vote
