1. There was a small issue regarding inappropriate (or lack of) attire from a guest that we observed in the hot tub, I informed security and they took care of it right away.

They always turned down the sheets and left a little seaworld choccie on your pillow before but not anymore and the poolside snackbar was very much lacking in anything worth ordering, they used to do fab chicken tenders and fries but they had gone from the menu and not replaced with anything remotely similar.

9. My only complaint about the Renaissance was the lack of an appropriately-priced breakfast or WiFi - at what is quite an expensive hotel, I believe such facilities should be increased.

10. Look closely and you will notice that the carpets were not hovered in the corners; the furniture in the room was quite tatty and rotten in places by the fridge and just a general lack of quality.
