1. Only problem big kids got the eggs too quickly - maybe next year -organize by age group - just a suggestion? There weren't enough eggs for eveyone to find.

2. Had a bit of a problem with the TV so someone came promptly to fix as while he was in the room attending to the TV the front desk called twice to make sure he came and the work was done.

4. The staff were all friendly and helpfull we had a problem with our safe one day an they fixed it straight away even though it was our fault and gave us free vochours for coffee :) the hotel is in walking distance to sea world and aqauicia which is great or the eye ride is right outside :) we went to discovery cove one day and i asked how i got a taxi an i was told no need they took us ova there an brought us back again now that service ova all FAB.
