1. The staff was superb; with the exception of the two front desk clerks (bad attitude for the jobs they have); they should take a training class from the room service staff and pool staff; my only other dislike was the $16.

10. Not too bad, though, as the room was HUGE (at least 600 sq ft), and was equipped with a dining room table for 6, a large sectional couch, double vanity in the bathroom, and brand-new, very contemporary furnishings and decor.
