1. I ended up sleeping on the couch because I found the bed so uncomfortable and my daughter also complained about the bed being not firm but hard.

7. Why stay another night in a dirty, uncomfortable room when we could drive home 9 hours to the comfort of our place?I think all things considered, the hotel should have given me adequate compensation to have my clothing laundered and to cover the cost of our Blue man tickets.

So we packed up again, and this time went to the main bldg and spoke to a manager who apologized and credited us with an additional $50 but honestly I was not satisfied because at that point we were not able to attend a show at City walk (Blueman) in which the tickets costed us $140 and we had not had dinner and as a pregnant woman you can imagine how uncomfortable I felt.

9. So, nice place, very clean, but the studio rooms are uncomfortably small and more suited to the non-business traveler.

10. But what is the point of these renovations if the rooms have bug problems, musty/mold problems, and cleaniness issues? In our first room (1 bedroom unit), my husband was bitten by a nasty bug with scorpian like pinchers while sleeping in the sofa bed (which by the way was the most uncomfortable sofa bed he every slept in).
