1. Elevators are dreadfully slow, there was a paperclip holding together a part of our window treatments, fan didn't work in one of the bathrooms, lightbulb not working in one of the bedrooms, one phone had wonky volume issue, wireless had awful connectivity, spa had scratchy, paper-thin robes that were too short to cover your whole body.
