1. The grout of the showers had black mold in them.

I spoke with the front office manager Ethan Hauser, who treated me like I was an idiot, as if they did not know there was mold and mildew, the smell was so intense it had to develop over a period of several months, in fact the bell boy who helped us move told us building 90 has had serious mold and mildew problems for a long time and everyone is aware of it.

4. But the smell did not go away, before we went to dinner around 6:00pm I called the front desk and they said they would send someone to the room while we were gone to check the mold.

5. The first night simply terrible, we were put in building # 90 in room 124, when we walked in we hit with a wave of mold and mildew, it was horrific.

6. My wife has a sensitivity to mold and there was an abundance in each bathroom, only a couple of the burners work on the stove, the beds are extremely hard and very uncomfortable.
