1. Our 2 bdrm villa was beautiful upon arrival, but there was a strong smell of fresh paint and we had to open the patio doors to air it out.

I spoke with the front office manager Ethan Hauser, who treated me like I was an idiot, as if they did not know there was mold and mildew, the smell was so intense it had to develop over a period of several months, in fact the bell boy who helped us move told us building 90 has had serious mold and mildew problems for a long time and everyone is aware of it.

4. But the smell did not go away, before we went to dinner around 6:00pm I called the front desk and they said they would send someone to the room while we were gone to check the mold.
