1. The people consierge desk were very helpful with their knowledge and suggestions for area attractions, restaurants, and directions to avoid nasty traffic.

2. The shower had no lip on it at all and the shower curtain did absolutely nothing so everyday we had to roll up pool towels before we took showers to avoid the entire floor from becoming soaked.

4. The hotel allows for you to bring your own food and drinks into the pool area so we toted a small cooler to the pool most days to avoid the extra food costs.

6. Our room was a bit close to the pool pumps/machinery and sometimes had a slight damp smell due to this - nothing bad enough to complain about, but try to avoid that position.

8. I think the air is so humid in Orlando, it`s probably hard to avoid the musty smell??? I would suggets removing the carpet for starters and just use area rugs that can be easily replaced.

10. They can improve their outdoor basketball courts by fencing in the area to avoid balls rolling into the brush.
