1. it includes the shuttle to universal, and disney, but the premium service isn't great, rude personal, one time the driver didn't make the stop in our hotel and the manager gave us a free taxi ride from the premium service, and the driver was mad at us, rude, he was crossing the streets with red light and stuff like that.

2. I asked how I was supposed to bring my kids in and out of the hotel when the doors were the allowed smoking areas and not only did they have no answer for me, they were quite rude about the answer and did not seem the slightest bit concerned.

3. We had to carry out U - turns on a couple of occasions, and subsequently got pulled over by the rudest of rude Orange County Sheriffs, for a 'misdemeanor' (no one in the hotel industry could surpass this 'lady' sheriff's attitude.
