Friends who have stayed inside Disney at the Swan or the Disney hotels complained about how long they had to wait for the Disney buses during holiday periods and how difficult it was to get strollers on to the buses unless they stayed in the very expensive Grand Floridian, Contemporary or Polynesian to get right on the monorail to the Magic Kingdom or Epcot.

8. My only complain during this stay is that the rooms only have sleep mattress beds and the sleep number mattress did not function in our room.

My children are very disappointed is not becos the cup is expensive, just that this is a sourvnier that one can only buy it in universe the island of adventure, one cannot get it elsewhereThough the hotel management has responded to our complain, however, there isnt anything that they can do to bring back the cup.
