1. Quick check in and check out, excellent room service, no problems whatsoever, the beds were SO comfortable (they are sleep number beds), water pressure was great, no outside noises disturbing me, and also in a great location if you are there to go to any of the parks because it's not far.

3. We would leave our hotel all day, come back mid-afternoon at the hottest point of the day, and then we would get a knock on the door (even when we had a do not disturb time on the door) and would be asked if they could clean our room.

7. I don't normally write reviews so am not really sure what else to say apart from our room was facing the road and we were never disturbed by noise from the traffic.

8. As far as the elevator noise that some other reviewers complained about, I could vaguely hear it, a higher pitched on-off noise, but it did not disturb me and I had asked for a room higher up and away from the elevators.

9. I stayed in this hotel last year and upon check in, impressed with the hotel at first until our second day when we put the do not disturb sign on the door and left for the day.

When manager came in Monday he could not have been bothered to contact us so we contacted him to which we were told indirectly that one of us must have taken the money because the maids would not have come in the room if the sign was up ( even though the room was cleaned) then they changed their story one they realized the maids did go in the room saying another guest must have pulled the do not disturb off the door even thought the same tag was put back in the room.
