Nicely appointed furniture - tray ceiling with crown molding, artwork, pleasant colors for paint job, small pillars at the business area (with desk and small pull out sofa), marble tile in bathroom, modern bowl sink in bathroom, usual toiletries but good quality (but one that I found perfect - hand sanitizer for a day at the parks).
