1. Although we had a problem with our air conditioning the excellent service by the staff more than made up for this.

8. We only used the pool and spa a few times but it was very good, the hotel supplies towels to dry off with and although the pool doesn't get much sun at all, this was not a problem for us, as it was still warm.

9. I would only recommend the sofabed for kids due to size, and the fridge was quite noisy so kept the kids awake for the first night until they got used to it and then wasn't a problem.

10. Reception staff were friendly and efficient and any problems that we raised (we had a malfunctioning toilet on one occasion) were dealt with promptly, which is all you can ask for.
