1. Minor hassles over it at times but that was drivers not hotel and Mario or Gary (managers) dealt with every hassle promptly and apologetically.

3. The taxi back to the airport cost us $45 including tip so we would definitely recommend getting a taxi as it is only $5 cheaper to get the bus which is a lot more hassle.

4. The bus drivers were all lovely and its well worth giving them a tip at the end of your trip as it was such a relief to have a hassle free service for the 2 wks.

5. Check in was a breeze we asked to be placed in a non smoking room and overlooking the pool, we received this without any hassle an nice room on the 3rd floor.

A highlight for Josh was when the Knights of the Round Table joined us for breakfast (yes they were trying to sell you tickets for the dinner show just up the road but there was no hassle and if you didn`t wish to go they still would take time to talk to you and let the little ones have thier photos taken if they so wished.
