1. Maybe that's not a big deal for most guests, but for me it was pretty important, and the only reason I can't give the hotel an 'Excellent' rating.

2. The room was spacious, but we didn't have quite enough room for all our stuff (a hook to hang my toiletry bag would be good--again, not a big deal).
