5. ok so we went to our room opened the door , the smoke smell was bad, know one in my family smokes and we had our kids, I called the front desk, Scott the manager on duty said he understood so he was going to upgrade me to a one bedroom suite with two doubles and non smoking, A room like i booked and paid for anyway, is that really a up grade??? The clerk who checked me in flat out lied, telling me there was know room on the first floor and then to put us in a smoking one king bed room suite, the manager here must have not a clue how to deal with this, if it were me and my clerk had told a lie, then i told my guest i was upgrading them to a room they had already booked and paid for i think it would only be fair to give the guests their room for the night since it is 11:00 pm and i understand how hard it would be for my guests to find another room this time of night, without a car and to have 4 kids, but of course I could think to my self this is only 1 guest out of every how many stayed here and could care less if they come back, I will never be back, i hated the service at front desk.
